The website’s like a puppy; no one taught it to behave
Things appear and disappear
It’s very hard to track
It’s there, and then it’s gone . . . and then they put it back.

Like buildings not in use that they refer to as dead weight
Had they gone ahead with plans to make their plan complete
The FBI and DOJ would now be working on the street
They know they need to give their credibility a push
Claiming savings from a program that was cancelled by George Bush
They speak with total confidence on stories that aren’t true
And when they’re busted, they just shrug
and lie their way on through
